New rubber of a different kindImage

New boot rubber I ordered back at the end of June. The battery cradle made it a bit of a pain to install.

During the process I spilt some beer on it so Elle will be happy that it smells nice, just like me.

Replaced the manifold gasket and it is running well after I eventually got the inlet lined up properly.

Also replaced the cork rocker cover gasket with Speco neoprene and steel item glued to head and torqued down fingers and toes crossed. I hope it isn’t going to continue leaking in the same spot at the front Carby side. Buzzed the black coating off easy with wire brush then thinners took the rest off. Image
