Here is my wifes FB - a very early build which we bought of the original owner in 1991 (body #1946 I think). Lucerne and Alpine Blue, which I have never seen on another car as these are in nitro-cellulose laquer (pre March 1960 conversion to mirror magic acrylic paint). Many other spinny things such as rubber gaskets between the body and taillights with a holden part number. early firewall pressing (with FC heater blank position). Many parts stamped 1959, but sold as a run out in 1961!

Only travelled 100,900 miles, we bought it with 46,000. (This photo at Batesman Bay Nats - won 3rd place in stock FB)


Here is my ute, have resisted the urge to drill holes down the side for a kit. This one has been around the scenes for over twenty years, previously being owned by a well known FX-FJ car club member. It is cateract grey. I have owned it for about five years and love it - hasproven very handy with the house renos too!

I would like to replace it one day with a really really nice original one (anyone know of a good unrestored or semi restored one?)
