Re: Wanted : Tailshaft slip yoke (gearbox end) to suit hydramatic
Guys - I am ok for now. So if one turns up, please save it for someone who needs it to get back on the road. If several come to light, then I will gladly grab a spare for the EJ parts department.
If anyone needs measurements of a known hydra yoke let me know.
Cheers
Dan

Re: Wanted : Tailshaft slip yoke (gearbox end) to suit hydramatic
I completely forgot to update this post. My gearbox guru here in Perth was pretty adamant that they all fit between EK—EH. The yoke that Greg sent was the correct size, but as we suspected, it was flogged out at the uni joint when it seized up. So it was unusable, but remains a good spare to use to ...

There appears to be 2 thickness sizes, assuming different housing bearing and seal.
I will measure the yolk tomorrow hopefully its the same as the EJ.

Wanted : Tailshaft slip yoke (gearbox end) to suit hydramatic
Hi guys By chance does anyone have a spare hydramatic tailshaft slip yoke (the one at the gearbox end) to suit an EJ that they are willing to sell? I know they are the same EK/EJ. EH has a different part number. I have put up the parts manual for reference - can anyone decipher what the ground surfa...

Re: EJ Vacuum Advance Pipe?
Sounds exactly the same as the setup on my EJ. Same route and Flexi hose connection to the vacuum advance at the dizzy. I don’t have any photos on my phone but will take some next time I am with the car.

Re: EJ/EH Club all state run
I’ll be down there in the EJ, but not in the special area for the rest of the EJ/EH’s that are being judged...relegated to a pauper section [emoji6]
I am an outcast member of the EH car club [emoji14]
I’ll keep an eye for you guys and come say hi!

Re: Bits needed for Grace's ute
Mines a wibroc Harv - having said that so are all the nasco ones in the holden catalogue (same factory). I would think it's not period correct and probably 1968ish. But pop a mirror in and polish it up and she will be great. I have the correct nasco one in the EJ and I just sold my spare a few month...

The POR15 is great stuff. I did the tank on my nearly 50 year old Ducati and it came up a treat. I am going to use it for the old tin brake fluid reservoir too.
