There is probably enough leeway in the NCOP guidance that the intermittent can be called the second speed. It doesn't say anywhere that the wipers need to be continuous, just that they have to have two speeds and meet at least 45 cycles per minute fast speed, and at least 20 cycles per minute ...

Very neat, and a hell of a lot simpler than converting another wiper motor. Looks like a real winner for anyone needing to comply with the 2-speed wiper part of engineering.

Its a universal jigger mate, will have a play with it this weekend but its basically just a timer and you run a signal wire out of it to your low speed wire or in the case of a stock wiper motor like mine, run from the switch through the timer and then to earth. Shit yeah - every year we think "it would be nice to have ........" but I never do anything about it - the fact this year will be a 4 week trip I thought its time to get these things done. 8)

Fly home tomorrow- been on site since last Monday savouring the beautiful Tanami desert 40degree heat with the occasional rain to boost the humidity up [emoji849][emoji849]
