Rob, you say FE/C front crossmembers are different to FB/EK - in what way ? Will an FB crossmember and front end retrofit into an FC ? I am about to sell an FB front end to a customer who is planning to fit it into an FC - would hate to see them do it all up and then it doesn't fit

I removed PART of the sump in Shake Rattle n Roll by applying internal pressure with #1 con rod 🤣🤣👍

It would be the worlds most powerful FB/EK... for 1.4 milliseconds :oops: Imagine the sound of it winding up though... would put a Sikorsky turboshaft helo engine to shame 8)

Damn this thing was hard work - every bolt and screw siezed, some of the doors wouldn’t open etc
Motor and box came out easy, had the car chained to the trailer and just skull dragged the bastard out [emoji41][emoji106]

Laser cut adapter turned up today - next step will be to mark, drill and tap the holes in it then machine the 5 speed bellhousing to suit

I was having an issue with losing water coming back from the Nationals one year - we stopped in Esperance at a radiator place and the bloke sold me a new cap as the original 7lb cap was knackered - told me the only real issue with running a higher poundage was the original radiator tanks were not ...
