Yep,
Thats how to do custom body work.
Looks different but why ? Most people will look hard at that one.
Your metal worker is a legend.

Re: Elle’s 1960 FB 225 mild custom
Hi Clay,
Having fun no doubt !
I would pull the caster back on the passengers side to +1*, that will give you a slight compensation for the road camber as we talked about before.
If you have -1* camber then see if you get the toe to 1mm or even zero. Take the car for a spin, and see if wanders left ...

Harv,
I just realised what I wrote, I hope it didn’t come across as a smart ass, I meant it as I read your post quickly.
I did however have a similar issue many years ago with A Chev into Nissan patrol auto. I had the exact same issue and that’s what I ended up doing.

Harv,
Read this real quick, can you put spacers on the convertor pads then increase the sandwich plate thickness between the glide and block ?

Hi Clay,
1* positive caster on a HR probably ok
-1* camber would be what i aim for or slightly less, maybe - 1/2*.
If you are saying +1/4* of camber with 4mm toe, that maybe the tyre chewer.
It will be good to see what you have on the other side.

Re: Donor car
I know nothing of these new LS engines, although starting to see that everyone wants and uses them.
Tell me Blacky 525000 kays do you think that engine has ever been freshened before ? Its astounding that a block of steel can travel that far.
What size donk is it ? can you give me some spec on it ...

Great job mate,
It all starts to make sence when some paint goes on and suddenly you realise not much more to go.

Ha Ha Ha,
Lets not get confused here, the Tom Thumb is an excelent oil pump that I use all the time, particularly for gearboxes.
I think i got it from Super cheap, it has a horseshoe metal hook on the end of the tube and fits and stays in most machinery orificess (couldnt help myself !)

Pretty good for its design and age you know !
Ive never used that metal fix, got a small job on an engine block to seat a gasket, might try it on that.
