good info guys. I was using the 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive (black) from Rare Spares and it was great. I need to get some more and do the failing ones again myself. Not sure what the pale tan stuff was that smash repairer used but it may as well have been baby poo for it was crap anyway. :?

Shame nobody replied. I have an EK wgn that I bought the whole rubber kit (from rare-spares for a small fortune) then had the only smash repair in my town fit them and ... yeah, you guessed it, they stil f#%^$#g leak! :evil: I paid him $770 to fit them too. :(

I got hold of Martin on that mobile number, he is still making them, but on the side now. For my EK wagon it will be $825 including sender, all ready to install, but not until after Easter. Sounds good!
