There is 2 bolt holes on the HR and 3 on the EK. I am not sure there is enough meat on the box to slot a hole and structuraly may be a fatal flaw!
I do not want to oval or slot the sub frame.

I looked at length and steeringwheel bolt up and all looked good. The only thing is the steering wheel would have been 1 inch closer to the dash. Not a major problem as it would still have room.

So EK box and columb out, HR one in to check ...

Steering box WA

Hello Lads and Ladies, I am in need of a steering box for my EK. It is running the HR box, but I can not get the play out of the steering wheel without stiffening up the action.
I am going to hit the wreckers and quokka today, but dont like my luck

Cheers

Generally (say you put a VP comonwhore diff in)
A good machine shop will cut down the diff to length, then take the VP stud plates off the end of the axel and weld plates to suit FJ-LJ pattern.
This is what happened when I had the 9 inch made for the HG Kinga
Cost around 700 to a grand, and you ...

I used Hq panel van tunnel, as for the custom carpet, I got the back EK moulded carpet, and the front I got the HQ-Z Moulded carpet and took it to the local trimmer after I cut the excess off the edges, and they just hemmed it to stop it fraying up.Fitted well and stops some knuckle head trying to ...

Well it all started out early summer 15 years ago, I was belting down Great northern hwy in the trusty hz prem wagon, when the serenity was shattered by 15 monkeys with hammers going for it under the bonnet! Quick a painful the old girl came to a grinding halt outside a produce store in Brigadoon ...
