Is it a collapsible column? If so, the steering wheel end must be mounted using breakaway slip plates bolted to the dash frame to pass engineering and also to be effective. The original mount can still be there but more as a decoration. Sorry if this has been raised previously.

Started to mock up fitting the Billet works column late Sunday arvo. Need to get its positioning sorted so I can cut the shaft to length from the steering box. Strewth. That looks very much like what I did with my FC sedan, except that I modified an HT rear shock absorber upper mount member to suit.
From memory, the distance between centres of the mounting holes is 425 mm. The shocks lean inwards at about 45 degrees, and the mounting holes are about 50 ...

The rear shock/lower spring mounting plates aren't on quite right. They need to be turned over so the shock absorber mounting stud is at the forward, inside corner and pointing forwards. And it would probably be a good idea to put a rear spring rubber and retainer between the rear spring and the ...

That is a very short ratio diff. Any idea what the overdrive ratio is in the box you have? Sorry about all the questions.
