Re: Project 2.
In practice a small increase from 2 inch to 2.25 inch, but that small diameter change increases the flow (in theory) by about 26%. Combined with the better design of the pipe layout (particularly between the extractors and the muffler) and importantly, the uniform pipe size through the bends, the ...

Re: Project 2.
New exhaust on yesterday to make it exhale better. I finally put the tow bar back on and the old exhaust no longer fitted without banging on things. So it had to be upgraded. Geoff at GRod Exhaust in Latham, ACT did a neat job and it has a nicer tone and maximum flow with its mandrel bends and shiny ...

Hi Scott. Exactly the same experiences with the quarter vent windows. I used Better Auto rubber kit on the ute and ended up ditching the vent rubbers and getting Rares. I also ditched the door window felt strip's as they just wouldn't snap in the door holes. Rares worked there as well.

Purchased one of the Chinese GPS speedo's that Brett purchased from eBay, looks pretty good but a little worried that it does not sit on Zero unless it needs power to zero, will see when it goes in.

It will go to zero once it's connected up. Getting the rev counter callibrated is ...

What does this mean? If it is a true message from admin and we need to do something then show us how to do it please. I for one have no idea whether this is nonsense or serious.

Re: Passenger Side Lower Front Guard Section
You'll be right Neil. Actually a relatively easy bit to play with. I don't know if it's Thompsons, but someone makes/made repair patches that cover that whole area. Unfortunately the one that is the right size that I have left over is a drivers side. Your side one went into the yute.

Re: Passenger Side Lower Front Guard Section
Unfortunately the full patch I have is for drivers side. I do have a passenger side as per photo but from the looks of your photo you would have to add a bit to it.

These?
Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately the Redline site, which is rather confusing and not too user friendly, shows them out of stock. In fact they show around half their air filter assemblies out of stock. I found them on eBay but marked up by 50%.
