Interior cleaning

Post by EKjimmy »

my interior hasn't got any serious stains, but the vinyl particularly drivers seat has alot of ground in dirt, so its a darker red than the rest. what's the best way to get these sort of stains out? im just using bicarb soda at the moment after looking around on the net-but that's mostly recommended for things like coffee stains and don't seem to be doing much to get the really deep dirt stains out?

There are some tips on the FE/FC forum if you do a search, I use white spirits9dry cleaning fluid) for cleaning vinyl. You really need something that sprays on to soften the dirt, then something like a nail brush to get into the grain of the vinyl.

Hey Jimmy, I've been using Armor all cleaning wipes. They are very easy to use and come in a moisture lock container. Also have a look for any of those NANO cleaning pads(Chux is one brand) They work really well for ground in dirt and grime.
