Looking for an inner ute tail gate, previous owner customized this one!

This one is actually off an FE/FC, I've had it for years and often look at it and wonder if the inner skin was removed just to slap that bog in the badge mounting holes?

I had started looking into having some Pullmax tooling made to reproduce the swage lines of the inner skin, that was before most machine shops closed their doors due to Covid.

That right there is your answer , is there a decent metal fab place nearby that could make up a patch piece ????

try planishing the area first before swaging
