Silver embossed EK vinyl

Post by DieHard »

Happy Australia Day!
I’m In the process of finally spending some time improving my EK wagon. I need to retrim the front door cards and benchseat, and need to either locate a supplier for the silver heat pressed/embossed vinyl or an alternative.

Any pointers appreciated.

Wow - I think we have a new record !!!!

Joined the forum over 10 years ago and your first post :D Welcome to the forum !!!

SMS in the States have the material but you need to be patient - I think the fastest I have ever heard was 4 months
When you're faced with an unpleasant task that you really don't want to do, sometimes you just have to dig deep down inside and somehow find the patience to wait for someone else to do it for you.

Record breaker is not my usual moniker :)

I bought the car in 2011 and have been waiting to give her the attention she deserves. Truth be told the rust was haunting me.
She’s in pieces now getting all the rust removed so we are on the right path.
Hoping to get to the National again in 2022, last Nationals I attended was at Narrandera 2011? with my Dad who has since passed this last year. I think that has spurred me to finish her and attend again.

Many thanks for the lead. I’ll follow up.
