Can’t find it on the forum, anyone got a name or detail on the greenish number / letter paint on the dash gauges?

I tried all over the country trying to find it to get my km/h speedo fascia restored and drew a blank ........

really ? I will hit them up after the nats, and send my speedo if they can sort it .
