Both boxes can be built to handle, the V8 one can take more though. i was told they both suck similar power but cant confirm that

Also the VN VP V6 is a Buick pattern not turbo pattern... but behind a 6 an adapter would be required regardless

and you cut an ear of the box to suit starter motor mounting

Two cylinders missing in my book but supercharged gets it over the line !!!

When we torture these engines on the race track they like to pull the caps away from the block and split the bores horizontally.

Keep the revs down and you should be right for a while anyway !!!

Gold rockers are tarnished from the exhaust heat :wink34: :wink34: :wink34:

Hi Blacky, do you have any detail on the “HR front with Cortina rack and Landcruiser brakes” adaption? Sounds interesting.

Will take some pics as it goes together mate, some of the lads in Vic are using this Cortina rack setup with good results , there was a guy doing the conversion in Vic but he is slow and impossible to get a hold of so I am going it alone , as for the Landcruiser brakes I have stolen that idea off Gledge , have a look at his build thread 👍
