So I'm getting my steering box rebuilt in the FB. Have removed the column etc but forgot to put into neutral...rookie mistake
I'm assuming I can still push the clutch in and manipulate the linkages off the gearbox...
Any helpful tips on which way to push / pull the top and bottom linkages to find neutral...?

probably stating the obvious but you will need both planes of the shift arm in their central position .....
When you're faced with an unpleasant task that you really don't want to do, sometimes you just have to dig deep down inside and somehow find the patience to wait for someone else to do it for you.
