Never had a problem posting photos on our forum there’s a tab down below that says “attachments” can’t be much easier

I must admit I struggle to post pics on here from my computer but I am bloody hopeless with that sort of thing - there is a how to on here somewhere that walks you through the steps to do it. I was put onto Tapatalk by Trev when he used to be on here and found it easy to use so have used it ever since Photobucket took a huge dump on all its customers.

Besides - if FireKraka can do it, it cant be THAT hard

Picture upload test...

Trying every means visible on the web browser screen...

[image][/image] Does nothing...FAIL
[album][/album] Does nothing...FAIL
Image Does nothing...FAIL

No images? How about videos...

Youtube
Just inserts a blank video...FAIL
Embed any video site URL...... Seems to list every major video excite EXCEPT YouTube (seriously?!?)...FAIL

So far I have found 5 apparently useless buttons on the screen that may as well be deleted, thus reducing clutter on the screen.

Next, following a tip to try "Attachments", let's try this...

That worked, but I was using a small picture already found on the Internet. Now let's try a decent-sized image...

Looks like this works. On a web browser, use Attachments. Ignore all of the other buttons that suggest image posting features.

Glad you worked it out. Had a quick look and I couldn't find a guide to posting pictures so I wrote one. It is in general discussions, forum issues. Not sure if that is a good or logical spot, but it's were I went when I was looking for a guide. Happy to move it if there is a better place.

Hey Andrew, as you have worked it out, any chance you could add the pictures to this thread? You could edit your dropbox post, remove the dropbox link, and add the photos there. This site is full of dead links to file sharing services, would be good to have them on here.

Thanks, Mick. Your note helped prompt me to keep raking through the web pages until something worked. In this case, using Attachments. It's by no means elegant, but has worked once so far.
