Moved onto the front bar. It had been welded and all joints bogged up. The sander revealed quite a few dents on the corners and what would be best described as bird shit for welds.
Almost straight again, bit more filing to happen yet.

Back on the bars today. Finished welding the front bar up and then gave it a quick grind and sand.
Will now take both bars to get electro stripped before doing the final grind, sand and straighten.

Love the one piece bumper Taz that's what I've got on my Ute looks great I think.
