Moved onto the front bar. It had been welded and all joints bogged up. The sander revealed quite a few dents on the corners and what would be best described as bird shit for welds. Image

Going to be a trailer queen so it will not be an issue 😜😜
Once all the lines are sorted I will use some expander foam.

Back on the bars today. Finished welding the front bar up and then gave it a quick grind and sand.
Will now take both bars to get electro stripped before doing the final grind, sand and straighten.Image

Those old Black and Decker adjustable bench things are involved wherever good work is done- mine looks much like yours😄.

Love the one piece bumper Taz that's what I've got on my Ute looks great I think.

I've also got one of those Black & Decker little bench thingys very handy indeed.
