Great work Taz,
Fabricating everything like this takes years, it will be well worth it once you are done.

Re: LS1EK
Christ, am I just lucky or are all doors gaps as bad as mine along the bottom. I have the gaps pretty good along the top areas but along the bottoms at the rocker that are so far out.
I know I was going to have to doing some sanding and add some metal but wow, they are pretty bad. The last picture shows where the meet at the middle.
I also ended up splitting the bottom dog leg on the rear door to pull the wheel arch and rocker panel edges out so they meet with the door edge.
Is it common practice to pull the door edges out as they all seem to curve in right on the outer edges.

Re: LS1EK
They were pretty horrible straight out of the factory mate, and 60+ years later they wont have gotten any better .....
Have you thought about removing the divider strip between the front and rear doors ? Gives you one less gap to fettle and makes for a cleaner look - I think EK283 did it on his rig ?

When you're faced with an unpleasant task that you really don't want to do, sometimes you just have to dig deep down inside and somehow find the patience to wait for someone else to do it for you.
