Not usually much here but can't help plugging it as its my local. Maybe catch up with any Adelaide enthusiasts? I had a table last year but not organised this year. Would be great to see some FB EK s down here. Good cruising country and welcome to call in at my shed for a cuppa and chat and a chuckle over my ambitious van resto.

Cheers
Clay

Not a lot on offer for the FB EK enthusiast. Red motor stuff: Speco Thomas with twin strommys, twin 1.75 SUs on unknown manifold and a Weber or delorto manifold. VZ v8 and trans with bottom end knock $300.

She is on again, next Sunday week, 20th August at Willunga Lions Club Showgrounds, corner of Strout Road, Binney Road, off Main Road.
Thinking about hauling the trailer down with a load of surplus FB EK bits and bobs, if I can get my s?!t together and make a decision to part with anything.
Any other Adelade based forum members let us know if you can be bothered.
Cheers,
Clay.

Plugging my local swap meet again. Sunday 19th August, first light, Willunga and Districts Lions Club, Centenary Park, Binney Road, Willunga. Heading south 2.4km from McLaren Vale outskirts toward Willunga on Main Road, Turn left on to Binney Road and follow your nose.

I plan to be there with a trailer load of unwanted early Holden bits and pieces, bumper sections, the odd body cut, rims etc. See you there.
Cheers,
Clay

Attended Willunga Swap again yesterday. I did intend to take a trailer load of stuff but got busy and the weather was looking bad. Stall holder and patron numbers were well down as a result. I didn’t buy anything but ran in to several familiar faces. The highlight was undoubtably getting a ride there and back in Rob Shaw’s FX sedan. He recently completing rebuilding the grey and it runs like a Swiss watch. Thanks for the ride Rob.

I drove in the commie, nice and warm then frozen my arse off. Should have taken the wife.
Not nearly as many vendors as normal.
Only buy was a old tow ball to use as a round anvil.
Didn't see you Clay do thought you may have been working.
Cheers,
Roger

Mate you should have called in. I was there about a half hour max. There was a remarkably rust free HD ute shell, about the only thing of interest.

Hi Clay,
There was a guy flogging a couple of twin manifolds for Holden 6's. One with stoms at $800 and one with SU's for $600.
Watch a guy try to talk him down but would not budge at all. Keep saying both were cheap and the value would only increase.

I should have done a drive by your place but I was freezing cold and only thought about getting warm.
Cheers
Roger

Willunga swap meet was scheduled for tomorrow 15/8/21, but now cancelled due to TFH restrictions. Was going to try and clear the decks a bit. Some stuff just isn't worth trying to sell on line but still any to see it used where possible.

At least I managed to offload a bit at the rego day this morning. Posted dome more stuff on gumtree.

How much for the half full bottle of bitter? Surely you could sell that on line?
