If you have a spare carby, needle seat or fuel pump union, find something to fit that as the tank outlet is the same. I won't guess and say 1/4 BSP.

Next question, would anyone know what thread size is on a red 6 head to the water jacket on passengers side towards the back.
Need to find the size and adaptor to suit the sniper water temp probe.
I can't put the probe up the front due to the two heater hoses taking the real estate.

is there something in it now ? Take it to Pirtek and match it up if yes ?

Perfect timing mate thanks for that. I can get a adaptor sorted now so it's ready when I'm home next.

Had bit of success with the fuel pump, it had to go there due to minimum tank depth requirement and that was the highest point. It just fitted with in holleys spec. Glad I got away with out having to mod the tank. The fuel gauge float I had to bend out side ways to miss the pump. The float seems to work the full range. The pump sits just lower than the boot rails so I'll make a false floor over tank later on.
While the radiator is out also have a idler pulley from a 1fzfe as my ac compressor only has maybe 80 degrees of belt touching it and higher rpm gave belt slip. With the extra pulley it should cover almost 180 degrees of pulley.
The head heater port bung was well and truly welded in there ,a few hours and i got it out in a million bits . I can't find a reducing bush to go from the head size to the temp sender so had to go to plan b.
My vintage air uses the heater lines on the thermostat drivers side and water pump so had to mod the proper heater out let and it's off set hole very very carefully with 2mm holes on the thick side and die grinder enough to get a centered hole and run the tap through for a new temp sender location.
My head doesn't have the port for the lower spare heater line out let so it won't leak out. it.ImageImageImageImageImageImage

Those little alloy tabs flick out when you tighten the bolts at the top then it clamps down. Similar to a bathroom ceiling exhaust fan fixing.
