Thanks mate, couldn't find any reason for the paint cracking, at least now we know what's underneath.

Been a while but worth it i think. Been for a few test drives, over heating problems solved after fitting right size thermo fans, 2 1548CFM Maradynes, although A/C not charged as yet. Which brought me to my next problem, i fitted a 120A alternator, damn Gilmer drives too under driven, so found standard single V pulleys and had the alternator pulley machined from 62mm to 52mm now have ~3-1 ratio, idle charge good and solid.
The electrician did a great job of getting everything to fit neat and tidy and still have a bit of glovebox space.

The A/C compressor will probably be covered by a fake subwoofer enclosure to complement the real sub enclosure on the opposite side of the boot.
The spare tyre was an VF space saver, way taller diameter than the road tyres plus too hard to get in and out so going no spare but going to try green goo in the new tyres and carry the mini compressor, as a bonus more boot space.

Still working on tyre sizes, this is a trial second hand tyre, will have a red stripe when completed.
