Fuel Sender

Post by EK001ute »

Can someone help me locate a replacement fuel sender for EK ute.

I have a sedan version, which I just broken the float off trying to bend into some sort of shape to allow for the shallow ute tank. !@#$%

I've called my local Rare Spares dealer and they require a equal sender to send off to be recondition. So I can't just buy a replacement. AHHHHHH!

Now I have no sender. HELP, I need to get back on the road.

Cant you braze another float onto the one you have ?
When you're faced with an unpleasant task that you really don't want to do, sometimes you just have to dig deep down inside and somehow find the patience to wait for someone else to do it for you.

First off sorry I posted this in the wrong section, couldn't delete it after I did.

Blacky, that's the solution I'm going to have to go with. I was hoping that I could find the proper sender for a ute. Cheers
