Not a bad price, but if you can get to a wreckers with a VH or VK and grab the whole set up from one of those, should be around $50  . Trev.

Cheers Trev

I didn't realize they were interchangable as such .

So will fit straight into the grey motor no alterations to shaft or cog?

No the one you put a link to is for a red motor only.
Won't fit a grey.

Yes Trev the pictured One is but the pic on the box looks to be the one ,
The title listing says

Holden 6 Electronic Distributor 138 149 161 173 179 186 202 Red Blue Black Motor

Comparing the price for pertronix and also the one advertised down south certainly seems a good price if product is reliable , they do sell the dizzy by its self we have one of those pertronix flame thrower coils and wondering if that will do the job or buy the complete kit?

It will fit a 138 red motor , but not a 138 grey .....
When you're faced with an unpleasant task that you really don't want to do, sometimes you just have to dig deep down inside and somehow find the patience to wait for someone else to do it for you.
