FB/EK Holden club of W.A.

Post by Blacky »

Righto kiddies , how about we meet on Saturday arvo , July 27th at about 4 o'clock at my joint to discuss starting a club ? I will organise all the craaaap required (constitution, insurance , etc) for you guys to have a look at , we can nut out the fiddly bits and get a committee happening. I will put on a barby for a feed afterwards.

Reply here if you are interested, if its going to happen I will put some ads up on Gumtree , Sunday Times , etc.

There seems to be a few blokes on the forum from Mandurah, perhaps we could leave from one point (, Foreshore, Bunnings, Repco, Macas, etc..) and travel up together ?

Congrats for puting this forward Blacky

I have sourced a couple of constitutions to copy/steal , and put an ad on Gumtree , can one of you blokes that are on Farcebook copy and paste it onto any of the places on there that you think it would be seen by the right people please ???

Heres a link to the ad - http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/kalamund ... 1023599159

Hey Blacky,

I've just put up a link to the Gumtree ad on a couple of Bookface pages, FB-EK holden fans and Old School Holden Fan Club.

Not going to be able to make it up for the meeting this time do to work roster but will be definitely joining up

Long time, no post guys.
Been busy with the karting.
Saw on Bookface about forming the club, great to see.
Unfortunately we're karting that weekend but count me in as a future member.
I need a kick up the arse to get the old girl out more often.

Guys, can you please post up here if you are planning on attending the meeting so I can organise the tucker ???

Also can you let me know if you can't make the meeting but plan on becoming a member so I can get an idea of numbers to let the others know at the meeting. I have had a couple of calls from the gumtree ad today so hopefully we will get a few along.
