Hi Steve
Hmmm... a goal has to be to stabilise the old nitro finishes. Mine is pretty good because it was always away from any moisture (and I keep it that way) but there is always the odd rust spot coming through here or there (like the hot points of the bonnet) . Light surface rust poking though the the black underside paint will also progress if allowed to get wet too often I guess.
Is it possible to aviod paint touch ups and still preserve a car? Is it possible to get the old lead based paint mixed up to match?
