It is no secret my favorite FB-EK is a standard, or an EK with a Flash Kit.

Hi Theo,
I was privelaged to own the car at one time, but not worthy
Timbo had lost his mind .... and sold it to me at the Tamworth FB-EK Nationals 1992.
Someone purchased the car from me in [Edited Steve 1993] Thanks Tim , then sold it to a Melbournite.
Timster tracked it down when the fog lifted
Tim will fill in the blanks. ....
I can't believe he found it!

That's more NASCO than Russell Cooper can poke a stick at
Terrific car Tim. Still have that St George ticket you found in the car?
Bet SJ regrets letting this one go...

Timbo...what can I say but...WOW!
I never knew you let go of it in the early 90's though.. WHAT WERE YOU THINKIN"!!!
And to be able to track it down & buy it back is in itself a feat of huge proportions!!
I'll have to get my 'Woofto accessory kit' done as to out do your Nasco one!
Scotty.

Re: Sunnytim's Cameo Beige 215
i was curious when I saw the ad that NASCo lumped 3 separate items in together and called it a 'beauty kit'
Maybe it was because they knew the EJ was coming and they wanted to clear the accessories for FB & EK?

Re: Sunnytim's Cameo Beige 215
I remember back when Tony, Pete & I were young blokes...we had literally draw full's of 'H' emblems & door handle 'scratch plates'!
Wish we still owned them now. (although Tony probably still has a stash of 'em somewhere..amongst all the other various F O R D & mixed brand spares & radios & Mixmasters & unopened model kits & books & Lloyd Hartnett door hinges & Austin Freeway radio aerial mounts & k-tel record dust removers & Joe the Gadget Man can openers & Armstrong Piddly headlight buckets & AWA television tubes & glow-in-the-dark cricket umpires & an ever expanding coffee cup collection & display wine boxes &1950's era slot car chassis &Tank Fairlane advertising posters & Holden SS pushbike chain kits & Fathead sixe's & 'white leghorn' lawn bowls attire & small furry creatures from Alpha Centaury & WD & HO Wills cigarette cards of the great moments in sporting history & a box full of those little black rubber balls that go "NI NI NI" & Fomoco windscreen demist towels & his 1984 era Medicare card & stupid but funny faxes we sent eachother in 1990 & 14 tons of pub drink coasters with drawing on the back... etc)
Scotty
(we now return you to normal transmition .... sorry )
PS... where are these long awaited photos of the Nasco bits you promised??? waiting...
