Well cleaned the shed out this weekend and guess what I found , a bloody EK :l

Stuck the battery in her and fired her up , out of the shed , gave her a quick wash .

While she was out , i chopped out the two poles that were in the middle of the shed , put a steel beam through and put the posts back in at the ends , why you would put posts in the middle of a 6 x 6m shed is beyond me .

Can drive the car in now and open the doors without them hitting on the poles :D .

Spent the rest of the weekend on the old girl ,squirted rust proofing into all her cavities.

Finally got the doors finished up ,they open and close now, got all the window rubbers in ,windows in, the central locking in and electric window winders in .

Had to leave the inside window belt out , the windows just would not go up or down with it in .

Oh and I think I have fixed the gear changing problem , I HOPE :| , some dope left the little rod out of the vacuum modulator , dont know who that was

Got a bit of finishing up to do on the wiring up under the dash , and I will be on to finishing the inside .

Got to get my engineer over to sign off on some stuff on my bus , so I am going to try and get the ute finished to a stage that he can check it off for rego at the same time , just have to keep myself going on it

Am going to have to find some better windows down the track , they are pretty badly scratched

Mine needs a break from winter! It's actually stayed clean for a week as it didn't rain.

Good to see you back into it.
