Interesting! I've been duped all these years!
All the pics I have seen have been from far away. I blew up the pic and it really does look like an EK.(With a white roof)

Thanks Tim - for giving us all a detailed account of Robin and his car.
I first met him at the first nationals in 1990 and the second time in 2010.
Nevertheless, his European trip in his FB must have been some journey

You really should have a look through that thread Tim,
I changed the link below the last pic to take you directly to the thread :wink:
It has lots of 'Then & Now' comparision photos.
The 'Then' pics were taken from about 1958 to 1970
and it shows the massive changes that have taken place.
I have been to brissy enough to know roughly where the shots were taken.
It also has some shots of the `74 flood.
