Interesting! I've been duped all these years!
All the pics I have seen have been from far away. I blew up the pic and it really does look like an EK.(With a white roof)

I changed the link below the last pic to take you directly to the thread
It has lots of 'Then & Now' comparision photos.
The 'Then' pics were taken from about 1958 to 1970
and it shows the massive changes that have taken place.
I have been to brissy enough to know roughly where the shots were taken.
It also has some shots of the `74 flood.
