You won’t want to deviate off your route but if travelling via Streaky Bay more or less along the coast there are a couple of sights you could check without doing so.

The sculpture trail starts on the outskirts of Elliston. Also takes you past one of the most challenging surf spots around.

Cummins Monument is only 500metres off the highway and the view is pretty good. An even more challenging surf spot. Both are a short drive on gravel and dirt.

Then you will pass through the one horse town of Mount Hope. An old friend of mine lives there if you happen to need any help along that way. Also, my mother in law was born there.

One of my favourite drives. I hope you enjoy it. The trip from Port Lincoln is less interesting but Boston Bay harbour is pretty impressive. They wanted to put the capital there but not enough water.

Hi Clay thanks for the ideas, we arrived in Port Lincoln about 4 this afternoon great drive another 700 odd Ks. Left Nullarbor at about 7:30 arrived a Ceduna and had to have some oysters Then the very scenic drive from Ceduna down to Lincoln
Stony has cracked his windscreen And I'm so glad I had my original screen changed for a laminated one as I also copped two chips if I hadn't I'd be picking bugs out of my teeth now
That's it for now I'm tied after 3 long k drives more when I have some

Was going to suggest the oyster bar at Ceduna fruit fly roadblock.

Having a rest day today
Took Frank to the windscreen guy this morning to get the 2 chips fixed then he needs a shit shave and shampoo
Tomorrow we are on the Ferry to Wallaroo and then into Adelaide until the 6th, then down to Victor Harbour until the 10th.
Post more later when we get on the Ferry.

Hey Stephen no heater in Frank mate so got to keep the tootsies warm
Really glad we had the lay day during the trip down from Ceduna to Port Lincoln my wipers had decided to do their own thing and not want to wipe So had to pull out the glovebox to get to it, found the crank had spun off the VP wiper motor shaft, got some Loctite so hopefully it won't come off again fingers crossed.
Then I go to start Frank and no cranky cranky "WTF" had to pull the steering column covers off (pain in the arse) and I found the electric side of the VT commodore ignition switch had come off $*#@, lucky this hadn't happened in the middle of the Nullarbor so a bit of superglue and a couple of cable ties and good to go.
It is try cable ties will fix anything

Ok didn't get much of a chance to update yesterday signal on the ferry was bad.
Waiting for the ferry at Lucky Bay Onboard Caught up with Blacky and Shahani at Wallaroo for a quick ale and then the short trip to Adelaide, weather was shite when we got into Adelaide but made our way to the Big 4 at West Beach
Frank was pissed he was in the rain all night but you get that. Couple of days break and then to Victor Harbour.

Well had a great meal last night thanks to Sherri who cooked a spaghetti Bol and with Lindsay and Janessa.
Frank I I took a trip down to see Clay at Willunga today it was great to catch up and see his nice ute and his panel van project his van is going to be great when he finishes it, we had a great meal at the locland a cleansing ale and a good chatthen we headed back to the caravan park at WestBeach, down to Victor Harbour tomorrow for a few days andseethe sites.

Wilma is shocked that her cross-dressing friend Frank is going around bra-less.
