"Igor" FB Campervan

Post by igor »

Sadly it has come time to sell Igor. We have not driven it for a few years but before that we have had so many adventures and great fun.
Due to the lack of use, the brakes need some work so will need to be trucked keeping in mind that it weighs almost 2 tonne.
The cabin has some surface rust
Igor is currently on SA conditional registration which is not transferable but will have 3 months normal SA rego put on it when sold.
We have all the paperwork from when it was built by a retired engineer in 1981
Please ring Roger 0428255710 for information/pictures etc which can be emailed/sms'd to you as I am not computer savvy enough to post pictures on here. It is time for someone else to love and have lots of fun as we have.
Igor was at the nationals here in Mount Gambier in 2012. Google: FB holden campervan and it comes up on the internet
Best offer over $28,000 by 31st March 2024 (Located Mount Gambier, S.A.)

When you're faced with an unpleasant task that you really don't want to do, sometimes you just have to dig deep down inside and somehow find the patience to wait for someone else to do it for you.

We dropped in on Roger and Lesley on our way back from the 2017 Nationals in Launceston and had the pleasure of seeing Igor in the flesh. What a ripper, one of a kind machine. Hopefully someone else can enjoy him and restore to his former glory.
Good luck with the sale.

Thank you. It has been an absolute adventure owning and enjoying him.
The interior is still in great shape, the cabin exterior needs a tidy up, but is still presentable.
Cheers.
