SA club cruise to North Haven SLSC

Post by Errol62 »

11 cars turned out today. Cruised the Lefevre Peninsula in perfect weather. Sadly nobody took up my suggestion of jetty jumping. Had it been hotter......ImageImagedarren was there in Tommo's old Seagull grey FB225, as well as Roger and Stephen, carslooking good.ImageI didn't want to stand too close for fear of being sucked in. Very nice idle.ImageImageNew club member Rich also has a nice 350 HG ute. Just got his original Wedgwood Blue EK225 on the road. Seen here talking to Mike Flynn. Great to see Mike fighting fit after a few health issues over Christmas.Image

This is the mob at the start of the cruise.
The batch of dirt at the end of the carpark will be our new club room the the Model T club and the council will be building shortly.

looks to have been a good day
When you're faced with an unpleasant task that you really don't want to do, sometimes you just have to dig deep down inside and somehow find the patience to wait for someone else to do it for you.

A good turn out and a good cruise, thanks for organising team 👍

Ready for departure and the Presidents car would not go. Jumper leads fixed that. Then after lunch it also wouldn’t start. A new battery is on Rogers list……

Mike and Anne Flynn captured sorting out rogers car. Back in the day they ran a fleet of busses and still pretty handy. Well done capturing that Stephen. Poor wagon is being overshadowed by ammo’s ute.
