Good stuff but I guess you lose some storage space in the guards. Won’t be needing headlights. What’s the plan there?
Headlights will be going in but not functional , was thinking about making them pull out like a drawer 😎 Will wire up the park lights as clearance lights

john is truly a talented man :shock:
for those of you who don't know his work
he was instrumental in the building of xboss
with out doubt the most awarded car to ever come out of Australia :clap:
he also waved his magic on merculese
another award winning car
if you ever get the chance to see the all metal interior :shock:
the things this man can do with basic tools just blows my mind
I wish I had a tenth of his talent

Been a long time since the last update , we are getting closer to the end of the metalwork , drivers side finish welded and slapped up and mounted the rear bumper today Image

UET number plates, and the old white-on-black style too. They seem a few years too early for an FB.
My father's FJ was issued UFT-944 when he bought it from Narrogin and registered it in Perth in 1958, and my grandfather's 1956? A30 was UEN-323.
