Then off to Gladstone , went to do the Gaol tour but it’s closed Imagehad a coffee and a chat with a local who went home and bought his corvette around for us to have a look - no photos, it’s only a 90’s model ….
Image

Saw a place for sale for $55k, looked OK from the front - the back not so much ImageImage had a weird looking truck in the shed

Then into Clare , we were in full pensioner mode , sat on 80 all day but kept an eye on the rear view mirror and got out of everyone’s way not like a bloody caravanner , a couple of wineries and then parked up before a really nice feed at the local Indian restaurant

Middle pub (Clare Hotel) front bar dinner specials, roast of the day recommended. Skip the fish.

Nice pics. That woman keeps photo bombing you, is she following you?

There is a good antique joint right near bakery that guess was closed. The same owner has another salvage/antique place just north of Laura. Limberlost Antiques

Then headed off to head to Nuriootpa, found another second hand shop on the way , the ute hit 110000 miles on the way , the km/h dial is on the original speedo to keep track of the mileage
