Welcome to the forum mate

I cant help you with your question but I am sure one of the brains trust will have a copy of the fitting instructions on file.

G'day Rapps,

The front fender mud guards are common from FE to EK (part number 7406592). One way to get hold of the instructions is to log onto the FE/FC forum, and politely ask CustomFC (Alex) for a copy. Alex is a strong contributor to the FE/FC forum "Accessory of the Month" threads, and probably has a copy of the instructions you are after. He is also a damn good bloke to deal with, and has gotten me out of trouble a few times. Sadly, the threads are only accessible for FE/FC club members, though Alex may be able to help you out of a tough spot.

Cheers,
Harv

Hi Rapps

I know its been 9 months since you posted your question. did you end up getting hold of instructions? did you end up becoming an expert in mud flap install? I'm in the same situation now...looking to install the front flaps that go along under the front door - kinda. Any knowledge would be appreciated. eg: is there metal strip that goes with the flaps? and how far back from the bottom of the wheel arch do they recommend you place them?

maybe even a pic you could post on here.

Cheers

G'day Tim . yes I did
Jeramy Crupi in Vic makes the brackets and will have the instructions.
I made my own brackets but I think his would be better ,

It was Sam Crupi - his dad. I'll give him a ring.
Thanks again

This thread came up in a Google search when I was fitting front mudflaps today. I purchased these from Efbee back in June. They appeared to have multiple sets of mounting hardware, some of which was manufacturer fitted.

I ended up discarding the fitted bits in favour of long one piece brackets which I assume are the Crupi items mentioned above. Everything required a degree of massaging but turned out well. Was a matter of alternately clamping, some redrilling, pop riveting and cutting off some excess bracket at the rear.ImageImageImageImageImageImage
