Wanted: Sampson Magnum centre caps

Post by Harv »

I am looking for a set of four centre caps to suit Sampson Magnum wheels please. I have a set of four of the push-in type, but really need the four of the type that use five self-tappers to hold them on. Picture of the push-in caps below - these are early Holden (2 11/16" or near enough to 68mm centre bore).

Happy to pay for parts and postage. Would also dearly love to see any old magazine adds or catalogues with Sampson wheels advertised please.

I’ve got a set you can have, but they say CSA from memory.

Gracias.

I'll let the Parts Wanted posts run for a while, but if they turn up empty then the CSA ones would be great.

Will give Dave a call.

From eBay, these are local, and are the correct lug-to-lug distance, but 5mm too small in bore diameter (a 2.5mm ring would show around the cap):

These are the lugnutking ones... bit long on lug-to-lug (and are pretty tall at 2.5"):

I asked the question on the Classic Aussie mag wheels Facebook page and a bloke chimed in saying this is the mob that sell the repro caps -
