Originally they look to have been zinc plated, Sam’s are stainless so will polish up like chrome if that’s your thing , or you could paint them silver for a more original look

These are very original EK Special ones Stevo. Basically slightly polished finish to aluminium inserts and zinc plate to the steel body.

Third photo from my ute. I just 2k urethaned them ver originsl finish after a clean.ImageImageImage
