I am hoping someone will buy the whole car and restore it - there has been quite a bit of interest in it on other forums over here in WA

He sounds like he would - what do you need ???

We are heading up there in the next couple of weeks to pick up the EH and look at the rest of his stuff.

Blacky,
What a find.

I love finding places like this, but trucks for me.

Did you get to collect the EH?

Hiya Blacky,

I just read this thread and my eyes nearly popped when I saw the EH. I bought my FC wagon about 4 years ago from a guy named John in Westminster, near Balcatta. He also had an FC Panno in bits, and a pretty rooted EH wagon, which he told me was the fifth one built! - I didn't see the tag, though. Gotta be the one, right?

I reckon he would have on sold it as his health wasn't great and going downhill. He got rid of the unrestored Panno a little while later. I think he was a welder by trade and was doing some repairs to a Torana for someone else at the time.

Small world, huh?

Cheers,

John

Yeah - I gave the EH to John , he is the guy who did all the bodywork on my 2 door EK , plus XBOSS and Mercules , he is a bloody wizard with panelwork
