So looking at putting 304 into a mates pano using ht x member, i saw some where that hk/t/g sump but can you use hq-wb sump also? Putting manual in also so planning on using tunnel from donor (possibly vt clubby) and custom fab'd x member for gearbox.

Ht cross member will be too wide will have to be a Hr cross member you can then put ht brakes on that etc etc :)

Sweet. Just found out the spare engine crossmember that was inside it has no motor mounts on it so will put custom mounting points on it and set it up for early commodore manual steering rack.

Hi Stabby
What are you doing about engine mounts and where is the steering rack going front or behind the crossmember?
You may need to reverse the sump if using hr crossmember and make mounts I do this when putting in the v6.
