taking so long want a daily

Post by jarvo »

Hi All,

My build is taking much longer than expected, i keep finding more problems with it, I have decided to strip her down completely and get her blasted back to metal and start from scratch. In the meantime i was thinking of buying another.

I would like a daily driver with RWC or close to...
Not too far from SE Melbourne but willing to travel
Sedan or wagon
FB or EK
nice and cheap so i can put my money into the project build

PM if you have any leads

Cheers

Famous last words.....

If you find a cheap one I'll guarantee it'll eat up your project money before you know it. There's always a reason they're cheap! Unless you are really really lucky you might be struggling.

For a reasonable daily you're looking at, at least $12 to $15 grand.
But what do I know I have mine built...

Thanks guys. Yeah when i say cheap i was hoping for around the $10K mark. I thought i picked a good one as my project car but there were alot of hidden nasties so it's going to take alot longer to get on the road than i planned

Be prepared to possibly be fixing the same things on your daily as the project car.....

I may have found an original FB which i will hopefully check out ASAP.

All goes well I will put an offer on her, buy her, get a club membership and start taking her on cruises...

Only a tiny bit excited
