V8 in an FB sedan

Post by cammo »

I'm thinking of putting a efi V8 (ex vn commodore) into an FB sedan. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding purchasing a conversion kit?
I've heard that the Hadfield conversion kit has a limited turning circle?? and the V8 conversion kit from V6 conversions is still coming (according to their website).Any advice would be appreciated.

Cammo, ring Pat (V6 conversions), he has told me the kit is the same as the EH one (on the site) and probably the same sort of money, he hasnt linked it to the website yet until he gets a customer car to verify it is exactly the same!
Also try Rods and Racks in Qld

http://www.rodsracks.com.au

They do a rear mounted rack and pinion conversion and have heard nothing but great feedback from their customers.
