Elvis tiki

Post by Grimbo »

I was recently asked by a customer to make an Elvis tiki as a wedding present. I went for an Elvis inspired Moai (Easter Island tiki), the timber is Cooba and the rough dimensions are 480mm high x 150mm wide x 125mm deep or 19 inches x 6 x 5. Pretty happy with how it turned out, the customer was happy, I just hope the newly weds like it.

Cheers
Sam

Thanks for the feedback guys. Trev I'm still just tinkering, I think this is tiki number 4 or 5. I'd love to do more but as usual time is always an issue.

That looks sensational, well done Sam.
I would have loved something like that as a wedding pressie in stead of the usual 5 toasters.

 8) 8)

Hey Trev, followed your link and have been Elvis enlightened.

Again thanks for all your positive feedback guys, it keeps a bloke motivated.

I dropped the tiki off on Thursday and the customers were stoked with it. This is the first tiki I've sold :D .
