Identification of stamp

Dear all members, can some one please shed some light on, " what is with this stamp?", it is located on the underside, drivers side, of the rear parcel shelf. please note the car is NZ built. but the stamp has Australia on it.

Looks like the old Lysaght steel symbol to me.

I reckon you are right, thanks a lot. so the stamp may have been applied prior to the panel being pressed? its only on there by luck? either way, thanks again

G'day Daz,
sorry for the late response. I have traveled back to work.
before I left, I got the old fb ready for paint, I have been slack with the updates, but Have a couple of photos on my phone so I will post.
take it easy and we will catch up for a beer one day
