yeh got that one thommo
realy would like some pics with different setups
and manifolds
the twin carb manifold is a home job so i would look at getting that made out of alloy instead of the steel plate
cheers dave

Gday Dave
I have here an article from Australian Hot Rod Nov 1966.
It shows a deluxe set-up on a red motor.
You can see in pic how the long thin casting
with "norman" cast into it, is the intake manifold.
It comes out from 'under' the unit to the
'elbow with the flange', which can be swiveled to level
the carby when the unit is swiveled to tension the drive belts.
Your unit looks to have a custom manifold, which allows the carbs
to sit 'over' the unit, which must have been turned upside down
in a custom instillation.

Hi Dave
PM and email sent
For those that are interested, Dave's is the second version of the Norman blower for a greymotor. It's 65 CID, cast iron and water cooled. Dave's set up is straight out of the box(except for the twin Stommies), so to speak. It's not a custom built installation.
Here's another pic of one fitted to an EJ in SA
Hopefully we'll see it on the road one day
Great score Dave!!!
Cheers
Tony

Sorry Dave, Didn't try to lead you astray,
just sharing what limited info I had with you.
It looks like your in capable hands with IhadaV8,
Seems like, when he saw your post,
He couldn't register quick enough!!!
Great to have you onboard IhadaV8, to share your passion with us.
Whats with your Blown Grey, there looks to be some rare pieces
hanging of it? Is it a runner? Is it fitted in your ride?
I'm sure most of us would love to know
