Jesus wheels

Post by Blacky »

...... well , they DID have a birthday today , and they HAVE been reborn

got given a couple of 13" Rockets a while ago, and I thought they would be a good thing for the front of the sedan. Got bored this arvo so I thought I would clean them up
Heres what I started with - not too horrible seeing as they are datestamped 1970

Image

Got some 0000 steel wool and a heap of Purple Polish onto them -

Image

bit of black paint and some shiny new valve stems and they are ready to whack some tyres on when I can borrow my mates tyre machine 8) 8)

Image

Total cost = about $65 , $60 for the centre caps and a few bucks for the valve stems - you cant complain about that !!!
