They are Mark. I transplanted a VN SS 5lt and Turbo 700 into my 80 series Landcruiser and had no probs getting the trans to lock up. I used a speed sensor from Mark's 4WD Adapters, it has dip switches so you can select the rpm that the box changes gears which is very handy. I got mine to lock up in top gear at 60 kph in the cruiser. Gear changes are also very smooth in the 700's.
