Fb verus hr rear Springs

Post by fingers »

I had a heap of FB rear springs laying around ...so I piled them all into the ute and off to Betta Springs to get the best pair reset and lowered ....guess what .....the only set of springs that where slightly longer was selected by them and reworked ...got them home Saturday morning and they were too long by maybe an inch or 2 ...any one have any idea what these springs could be from ...maybe HR , or are the commercial springs a little longer .....This will be a $200.oo lesson learnt or will it ........HELP ME pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease ... :? :? :? ...Fingers

ps ......only difference they had press in steel lined rubber bushes fitted to the front hanger other than that they looked the same as the FB ones , same width, same amount of leafs ,same insulators and same eyes .......
