Garth was telling me how much just the chrome header pipes cost to get chromed!! :shock: :shock:
Makes heat proof paint look like a good alternative. :roll: :lol:

Yeah, he was telling me about how he made the donut on the intake makes it sound so easy (probably was for him). If I tried to do that it would end up looking like stir-fry :lol: :lol:

must be hard building a standout hot rod :lol: some of the show rods are just sooooo BORING! bring back the wild 60's custom rods!

Where you looking Jimmy, I see three there that standout, no billet either :wink:

One thing that I think ruins cars like these is the huge wheels with super low profile tyres. Just looks out of place :?

I know they're all pretty flawless builds, but they just look soooo boring to me for some reason. the subtle custom touches are good, but don't help them stand out in my eyes. I suppose i prefer 50's/60's style rods

yup me too. Airborne 8 is pretty damn sweet though! Just coz it's old-school doesn't mean it can't be shiny
