Cut and polish her Jay , you will be happy with the results .

And is that a reverse light or a number plate light to happy up the authorities ?

Yeah Harko its a number plate light :roll: ugly bloody things
and the car EK will get a repaint this summer same color
when i fit up new front gaurds as the ones i have are pretty
average i have one good one (left side )just need to find a good
right side one probably wont be able to match them up color wise
so the whole car will get another lick of paint wich wont hurt it :wink:

little bit more progress
i had to take the roof back to bare metal and treat
it with rust converter then etch prime it due to surface
rust comming through the red oxide primer that was sprayed
on a couple of years ago
i will have to do the tops of the rear quater panels the same
ive already done the top half of the 4 doors so slowly but surely
getting there :D :D

Hey Jay, only just realised that you have crumbledoor rims on the sedan :oops: :oops: (thanks to the side pic in Steve Jackson's thread) BEEN WATCHING YOUR THREAD AND DIDN'T PIC IT UP :roll: :roll: :roll: . Love the car mate ... what running gear have you got under her??

I noticed the commodore rims in that side shot also.I reckon they look cooter 8) 8) 8) .

Kinda sorta looks like a factory sports option wheel pack ( if they had of thought of factory sports items back in '61 that is ).

At first the chaser rims were only ment to be for rego
but they really do grow on you so they are still on there
so many people say i like those rims what are they off
i say :oops: commodore oh yeah :shock:

some pics for you Garry the running gear is a 186 with
a 2 speed powerglide auto out of a HR prem a HR front end
commodore disk rotors early commodore diff and HR sterring colom

Excellent Jay, you have done a great job on her and the rims do look good they suit the stance and colour combo really well.
BTW: Love the filler cap 8) 8) 8)

Ok back to the wagon :)
got some primer filler on the roof today and rear quarter
couldnt resist putting on some chrome for more inspiration :oops:
and a ek front door that will be converted to a FB door :)

did some dash work over the last 2 days
first sprayed on some straight silver as a base coat
then the color wich is light ocean blue metalic
