Only just saw the last few posts.
What about something like a 50's thunderbird type scoop? Should tie in okay and shouldn't look too racy.
I guess the height would be the problem, making it look right and not stand out....

its going to sit about 100mm higher than the twin carbs that are in the car now
im guessing that theres prob about 30mm-40mm gap from top of the air filters to the inside of the bonnet now
so i need to cover about 60mm of su tops sticking out of the bonnet :(

need to work on ideas for the bonnet now to cover them any ideas??

I could find a spot for it in the engine bay of my FJ, plenty of room height wise

That Norman's gonna make one cool engine when it's up and running

Couldn't you drop those carbs down lower with a different manifold? Id keep looking for below the bonnet solutions although u might have already exhausted that avenue

It's been awhile ,
I've sold the Norman supercharger after long debates it really wasn't going to suit my propose for what we do with the car
Driving on long trips wouldn't be reliable enough
Still going supercharged though will just be a L67 v6
,pretty much have most things sorted now hopefully back on the road in the next few months
For Anyone that's interested in build pics you will find them on the FB EK Fans page on Facebook

Not joining feascesbook..... There used to be a lot here but everyone goes the easy way of Fb. It took me an hour to do the nationals post I did.

Instrgram them, now if we were like the new HAMB you can link straight from instagram.
